Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the GAIT Analysis website, signup flows, and current open-testing product experience.

Open-testing addendum

2026-04-open-testing-v1

GAIT Studio is currently being released as an open-testing product. Features, reports, and availability may change without notice while we validate performance and improve the service.

Results are provided for exploratory and informational use only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, clinically validated for every use case, or appropriate as the sole basis for medical, rehabilitation, training, or business decisions.

You agree that service continuity may be limited during open testing. The product may experience outages, delayed processing, partial feature rollouts, resets, or data presentation changes while infrastructure and workflows are still being finalized.

By continuing, you accept the current open-testing version, acknowledge the limited-liability nature of this release, and agree to use appropriate professional judgment before acting on any output generated by the system.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, for maintaining the security of your account, and for using the service only in lawful ways. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access other users' data without authorization.

Outputs and decisions

GAIT Analysis outputs are provided for informational and workflow support purposes. You are responsible for exercising independent judgment before relying on any result, recommendation, or generated report.

Credits, pricing, and access

Paid plans, credits, and access entitlements apply only to the service and features made available during the current rollout. Feature availability, pricing presentation, and launch packaging may change as the product evolves.

Service changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including during open testing. We may also update these terms when the rollout scope, legal review, or product capabilities change.
